Liam is originally from Bellingham, Washington and has worked in theatre management in Portland for over twenty years. Most recently he served as the Managing Director for Portland Center Stage having started as a Production Assistant and working through Stage Manager, Production Stage Manager, Director of Production, and General Manager. He’s served as Production Manager for Portland Playhouse, Sojourn Theatre, Hand2Mouth Theatre and the Risk/Reward Festival of New Performance. He has stage managed for Portland Center Stage, Artists Repertory Theatre, Portland Playhouse, Hand2Mouth Theatre, CoHo Productions, Teatro Milago, Pixie Dust Productions, the Geva Theatre Center, PCPA, National Public Radio, and The Kitchen in New York City. Liam has taught theatrical management at Northwestern University, Georgetown University, Vanderbilt College, Whitman College, and Portland State. He lives with his wife and cat in the southeast.
