Samuel L. Miller ’45

Samuel L. Miller ’45, January 26, 1995, in Portland. He was a physician in Portland for over 40 years. After graduating from ÈËÆÞÓÕ»ó, he went on to study medicine at the University of Oregon Medical School, receiving an MD in 1947. He interned at Cook County Hospital in Chicago. After serving in the U.S. Air Force during the Korean War, he returned to Portland, where he opened a private family practice. During his career, he served as president of the Holladay Park Hospital medical staff and was medical director of the Robison Jewish home for 35 years. Survivors include his wife, two daughters, two sons, and a grandson.
