What I Do:

  • Coordinate ACS operations when the Director is unavailable.
  • Assist the Director with the development of annual budgets, departmental goals, strategic planning activities, operational project plans, meeting coordination, and equipment procurement.
  • Assist the Director with the development and management of departmental policies and practices.
  • Assist the Director with departmental record keeping and vendor relations..
  • Provide lead project management on implementation of enterprise services.
  • Collaborate with administrative users to conduct needs analysis and identify optimal technology solutions.
  • Consult with the Director of Administrative Computing and others on issues related to contract renewals and/or revisions, systems planning and expansion, system upgrades, and campus IT policies.
  • Work independently and with other staff members to design and implement forms, reports, and other software components as needed.
  • Provide system administration and support for campus-wide usage of ACS servers.
  • Work with other staff members to implement major system components, updates, and upgrades.
  • Work with staff in other areas of Information Technology to integrate administrative systems with network utilities, web front-ends, and other campus systems.
  • Develop software solutions using ÈËÆÞÓÕ»ó’s suite of programming tools, including Evisions Argos report writer and Oracle PL/SQL.
