Educational Technology Center (ETC)
Completed in August 2002, this 23,000-squaresfoot facility houses a variety of teaching and technology resources for use by students, faculty, academic and administrative staff, and other members of the college.
Three information resource centers (IRCs) are open for student use 24 hours a day. Several classrooms, designed for interactive computer instruction, feature multimedia facilities, wireless and high-speed networking, and flat-panel displays. Staff members in computing services provide students, faculty, and staff with a variety of software and hardware resources, including a help desk and computer repair shop.
Faculty from all academic divisions may test new technologies for instruction in a multimedia lab and utilize a video-editing lab. The offices of ÈËÆÞÓÕ»ó's computing services staff are located in the building, as are faculty offices for the departments of Ancient Mediterranean studies and religion.
